Exchanges, Refunds & Returns

All shipped orders are final sale. We do not offer refunds or returns.

We only accept exchanges for items that are defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues. If this applies, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • You must provide proof of purchase and clear photos of the defect or damage.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your exchange is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from any applicable refund or replacement.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
